Skill/Knowledge

Execute and deliver business ethics assigned tasks , Compliance scope’s, acting as team player and support resource for the delivery the scope of the compliance & Assurance function, through:

  1. Undertaking activities assigned by leaders, including but not limited to support in training and awareness on topics related to ethics, anti-bribery and anti-corruption
  2. Assisting in the investigation of allegations of misconduct, management of conflicts of interest and gifts reporting; in order to support compliance & assurance team in consistent business decisions with Companies Code of Conduct and business principles

Job Description
  • Investigating allegations of ethical wrongdoing, including participating in interviews, reviewing investigation evidence, documenting investigation findings and recommending appropriate consequence management
  • Conflicts of interest management process
  • Gifts, hospitality and entertainment declarations
  • Compliance Ambassadors program
  • Fraud and vulnerability risk assessments
  • Third party due diligence/KYC screening processes

QUALIFICATIONS/ COMPETENCIES

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in same field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in in Law
  • Master or any other additional qualification will be advantage.
  • Working knowledge of auditing standards, and auditing techniques/practices in the metal (preferably aluminum or steel sector) or Oil & Gas Industry,
  • Basic Industry knowledge including relevant laws and rules and risks,
  • A basic knowledge of the various IT systems and applications (preferably SAP), ability to carry out audits using Data Analytic Tools and proficiency in MS office.
  • Strong commitment to Ethical principles and values (Code of Ethics)
